The Position:
We are hiring for the position of Assistant Pastry Chef with both pastry cook experience and managerial expertise.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the pastry culinary field in a high volume setting or actively pursuing a degree in pastry Detailed knowledge of cake dough, yeast dough, creams/custards, and jam Experience preparing for and managing workflow to meet customer demand Why Should You Apply:
