Our goal is to educate and inform clients about these different products, so they can make their buying decision.
We do not pressure, we educate! Are you passionate about sales? Do you work well with people? Our Company is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter sales representative to join our team.
As part of our sales team you will be responsible for Sales in our Encinitas Retail Showroom.
Sales representatives must be able to develop strong industry and product knowledge in a short amount of time with a SPECIFIC FOCUS on the outdoor furniture industry and the associated products.
Prior experience in any furniture sales a Plus! Able to demonstrate strong professional sales skills, and to function as a contributing member of a team.
Passion to turn prospects into customers, with proactive follow up skills Proactive and self-controlled work ethic; Self-starter.
Good organizational and excellent time management skills.
Exceptional skills of customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to efficiently operate in a multi-tasking environment.
Maintain your showroom with the highest level of professionalism.
Ability to solve problems quickly and accurately.
Knowledge of interior / exterior design a plus.
Office Productivity Suite Skills mandatory (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
) Computer Literacy Required.
Since our industry is unique, we prefer the candidate to have prior outdoor furniture sales experience and product knowledge, but not mandatory - Training will be provided.
Compensation is hourly plus commission.
You will be required to complete a 30 day probationary period.
