About the Opportunity We are currently seeking a Travel & Meeting Coordinator to support our Service Center.
This position is based in ESI's South Orange County Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, California.
About You:
Minimum 5 years' administrative and travel management experience.
Demonstrated track record of successful travel coordination and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to plan, coordinate and facilitate large meetings and events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and other applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ease in communicating effectively with senior executives and their teams.
Demonstrates initiative by confidently self-starting improvements to office procedures, reports and processes and requires minimal supervision.
Thrives in helping others, anticipating the needs of the team to support and propel the work forward.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects while minimizing errors.
Strong calendar management skills and ability to prioritize many competing requests with minimal guidance.
Organized with timely response rates and willingness to be available after business hours on occasion.
Ability to exercise good judgment when exposed to highly confidential information.
Demonstrates experience working in, and a positive attitude toward, a rapidly changing business environment.
