These operations have no corporate headquarters or traditional management hierarchy.
Instead, they operate independently with support from the Service Center, a world-class service team that provides centralized legal, human resource, training, accounting, IT and other resources necessary to allow on-site leaders and caregivers to focus on day-to-day care and business issues in their facilities and operations.
Duties- Answer the phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel Greet and direct visitors to the Company Receive, sort and forward incoming mail Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FEDEX, UPS, etc.
) Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies Book and coordinate meetings for office guests Moment of Truth program support HR Celebration champion LOA and ACA fulfillment support Order new hire packets for acquisitions as needed Primary contact for all HR events and event coordination Primary contact for DEI swag and marketing materials Open enrollment support including but not limited to:
campaign in a box labels and mailings May assist in other clerical duties as assigned by Office Manager
Qualifications:

00/hour Pay is based on a number of factors including years of relevant experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
