Pacifico Energy Group (PEG), based in Orange County, was founded by a renewable energy entrepreneur and has a strong track record in developing solar photovoltaic power plants across Asia.
Pacifico Power is a startup focused on developing, constructing, owning, and managing behind-the-meter commercial energy projects, largely applying virtual net metering.
PEG has diversified its operations beyond renewables into industries like aviation and real estate.
We are currently looking to add a high performing Office Coordinator to support both PEG and Pacifico Power.
Job Description:
We're looking for a proactive, motivated, and highly organized Office Coordinator to join our small but tight knit team.
This position requires a critical thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be ready to provide service at a moment's notice, stay cool under pressure and can handle multiple projects fluidly.
Relationship building and schedule management will be a priority and excellent communication skills is a requirement.
The Office Coordinator will support Pacifico Energy Group and Pacifico Power, reporting to our Controller and Chief of Staff.
Provide office and administrative support, including answering phones, maintaining the room calendar, handling requests and managing correspondence.
Organize, schedule and coordinate logistics for on-site meetings and events Serve as first point of contact at front desk for visitors and deliveries Perform regular walkthroughs of the team space to maintain office cleanliness, coordinate with maintenance to resolve issues, restock office supplies, and water the plants.
Act as a point of contact for administrative and office management tasks including printing, changing toner, and other technical support as needed.
Collect and reconcile business documentation to expense reports and credit card statements Maintain accurate records and files in various applications, including logging invoices, scanning documents, organizing files and compiling information as needed.
Coordinate with outside vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and to verify payment information.
Assist in booking and coordinating travel arrangements for team members.
Handle other duties as needed What you bring to the role:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in office coordination, administrative, or related roles.
Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office 365 applications:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proven experience in handling confidential information with integrity.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience with Sage, Quickbooks, and Bill.
com is a plus.
Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential matters.
Available to work on-site in our San Juan Capistrano office.
