Elend Solutions is an automotive software company that seeks enthusiastic people with a clear speaking voice to set appointments for our sales team. No selling; professional work environment. Base is $12.00 per hour
commission with the opportunity to boost your commission through our very achievable performance program. Must be self motivated to make a high volume of calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Self driven to make 60 to 100 calls per day.
Schedule appointments for sales reps daily.
Ensures that all customer contact information is up-to-date and accurate.
Track and input appointment schedules.
Manage tracking/inputting appointments and customer contacts within the CRM.
Develop lead generation via cold calls.
Report results to management.
Meet and exceed target goals.
QUALIFICATIONS - You must have 1
years of appointment setting or telemarketing experience.
High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
Outstanding phone skills
Upbeat personality with a warm and friendly demeanor
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Highly professional and dependable
Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Reliable transportation
