RN Assistant Supervisor, San Juan Capistrano, FT Variable

Specific Job Responsibilities: It is the duty of all employees to understand and perform their
job tasks to the highest level at all times.
Floats to all positions within department as needed to assist staff with treatment and patient care.
Takes responsibility for the security, safety, cleanliness and infection control of all department work areas.
Documents and reports all areas of non-compliance.
Participates in site surveys.
In the absence of the Supervisor/Manager, monitors staff proficiency and performance, and assume any other leadership tasks.
Monitor facility for optimal patient flow to assure an environment of quality patient care.
Collaborates with all department/company policies and procedures. Is able to do any department task or fill any position.
Is up-to-date on department/company policies and procedures.
Performs other related clerical/facility duties as requested by management or designated within scope of practice.
Trains and assist staff to achieve optimal performance in assisting customers (patients or others)
Perform any additional/miscellaneous duties (not inclusive of job description) as requested by the management team within the scope of knowledge/ability.
Qualifications/Skills: Qualified candidate must excel in interpersonal communication and customer service and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. They must excel in organization and attention to details and follow through. Additionally, they must have the ability to problem solve to logical conclusion and demonstrate initiative and responsibility. Must have good listening skills, and be able to effectively and clearly communicate (written and verbal.) This includes the ability to professionally and diplomatically discuss difficult topics while promoting the Company's position.
Experience: Prior medical office experience preferably in ambulatory care. 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Current California RN license and BCLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider Card.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
